Is there a way to connect phillips hue bars to hubitat with out using the hue bridge?
I'm not see a way to put them in pairing mode.

Assuming you mean the Hue Play Light Bar, this is a Zigbee device and can be directly connected. (Many people recommend against directly pairing Hue bulb for other reason, but it's not clear if this or the Lightstrip are affected by the well documented Zigbee bulb mesh issue...another story.)
However, most Hue lights are difficult to reset outside of a Hue system. If you have Hue Dimmer remote, you can hold the on and off buttons together (very) near the device for 10+ seconds until it starts and finishes flashing. Other Zigbee remotes can also do this, like some Trådfri ones, though how will vary by device. Perhaps the easiest method: if your light is new enough to support Bluetooth, you could also use the Hue Bluetooth app (different from the regular Hue app) to pair it and then reset it that way. There are likely other methods you can find on the Internet, too.

My lights do support Bluetooth.
Whats the method to reset them and put them in pairing mode?
