Phillips Hue E26 bulb not working in dashboard

I just added a Philips Hue E26 dimmable bulb (NO RGB) to my Hubitat C8. I used the Generic Zigbee Bulb for the driver (Type). I can control it fine from devices. I also added it to the Amazon echo skill in Hubitat and it was automatically added to Alexa. The only place it doesn't work is in the dashboard where it just shows the up as a red broken icon.

Any ideas how to get this working in the dashboard?

-Thanks

Can you share what "Current States" looks like on the device detail page?

You mean this:

No, the section titled "Current States" (found on the "Commands" tab, not "Device Info," which appears to be where you are).

Oops sorry:

Hmm, everything is there that Easy Dashboard should need to work. It does look like you switched drivers; if you added it to Easy Dashboard while it was still using that RGBW driver, you'll need to at least refresh/reload the dashboad webpage or possibly remove and re-add it (I didn't need to in a quick test) to the dashboard.

Clicking/tapping the three dots menu will show you what attributes it's looking for but not finding. (These are all under "Current States," the section I was wondering about; "State Variables" are for internal use by the driver and not visible to apps like Dashboard, though it happened to be interesting/revealing in your case). I'd expect this to be something color- or CT-related here, though it doesn't really matter since you just need to make it realize it's not that kind of device (anymore).

Thanks, that makes sense. I haven't found any other threads with people having the same problem. I'm going to try a factory reset and take it from the top.

Thanks again, it seemed to be remnants of when I switched to the RGBW driver briefly causing the confusion. I reset the bulb to factory defaults and paired it again (using the Generic Zigbee Bulb) driver only, and all is well.
