I’ve been looking for an LED bulb that can be dimmed to a very low level, similar to an incandescent bulb. I finally found one!
Just wanted to share this in case anyone is looking for a quality led with superior dimming capability.
The recently released Philips Ultra Definition LED bulb dims very low. I have the clear bulb 8 watt 800 lumens (60 watt equivalent). It has the warm glow feature which means as you dim, it moves from 2700k to 2200k, similar to an incandescent. There is also a frosted bulb available.
They advertise a CRI 95 with a group of features called EyeComfort.
The Clear Bulb is $5.00 each and the Frosted Bulb is $3.50 from Amazon.
Philips LED Frosted Dimmable Warm Glow Effect A19, Ultra Definition, Flicker-Free, EyeComort Technology, 800 Lumen, 2200K-2700K, 8W=60W, E26 Base, Title 20 Certified, (576116) 4-Pack, Soft White https://a.co/d/aTSjv4N
By the way, the Amazon listing for the clear bulb incorrectly states 5000k Daylight, but it’s actually 2700k Soft White:
