Heres a quick followup. I have not experienced any issues since changing my Philips Hue Hub zigbee channel to 25. I kept my HE hubs channels at 20 and 22 for now, since they seem very stable.
Just wanted to thank everybody for their help, and i've marked @rocketwiz first suggestion to switch the Hue channel to 25 as a solution. Overall, i learned a lot about zigbee and 2.4 ghz in general, so that was just a bonus! 
How is your hue mesh? Originally I only had 3 bulbs on mine, and despite them being fairly close to the hue bridge, they would have issues.
It seemed like they would work fine from the hue app, every time. But eventually I caught them misbehaving and unreachable. Since adding a few more bulbs to the hue mesh, things have been much better.
It feels like the hue mesh is stable enough, but I will keep an eye out for sure.
