Hi All, Philips ambilight TVs can control hue lights. So I would expect it should be possible to integrate it somehow. Is it working? What is possible to do?
It can control Hue lights....but is it controllable by other things that control hue lights? Like Hue Essentials app? If so, it should show up as a Hue Bridge so you should be able to pair it with HE. But just because something can control hue lights doesn't mean it can pair with HE.
This is what I am trying to find out. A am buying TV and want so know what is possible with Philips TV together with Hubitat or TV+hue hub + hubitat. Then I can decide if I should prefer Philips or it does not matter and I can go with any other brand.
Does anybody have this combination?
