My Philips Hue bridge only recognizes one bulb. I've never had issues with my system until a recent storm. I purchased a new bridge and now only 1 out of about 15 bulbs(including Hue bloom, hue light strips) are recognized. I called Philips and they said they're sending a device to factory reset all of my bulbs. Any ideas of what else I can try before this device arrives?
If your Philips Hue bulbs are fairly modern (I.e. support Bluetooth + Zigbee), then follow this procedure.
If your bulbs are older models, you’ll need a Hue Remote.
