Phantom Z-Wave Device on Inclusion

I'm on the newest version of Hubitat firmware (2.1.7.124), and now when I go into Z-Wave inclusion I have a 00 device that is always discovered but never identified...is the Hubitat erroneously picking up on itself?

edit: I see .125 is now out..attempting to upgrade.

Either the upgrade or the reboot that went with it seemed to solve teh issue...weird
