Phantom iOS app notifications "41"

Today at precisely 12:00 PM all of my iOS devices (My iPhone, iPad and my wife's iPhone and iPad received a notification with date/time and "41". I looked in the logs and there is nothing that indicated a notification to be sent anywhere around noon. The last real notification was at 7:53 AM. The devices all show that it was sent to those devices but there is nothing in the logs and I do not have any rules that would have send "41" to the devices. Anybody else having this issue?

I did not receive a notification like the one you described.

You’re referring to a notification from the hubitat mobile app right? Not another notification service that can interface with hubitat (e.g. pushover)?

Correct I have twilio and pushover but this was a notification in the app. But the hub device shows that it was the last thing sent to those devices:

What shows up in the in use by field for that iOS device? I didnt receive anything like that either.

I have several rules that send alerts/notifications to those devices but no rules send anything like "41" as the message text. Also the notification was sent exactly at 12:00:00 PM which is interesting. The log also does not show any rule "firing" around that time. I have not made any recent rule changes either.

Scroll to the bottom of her device and see what's in the "In Use By". Then check out the histories on each of those
