Payment Issue for Subscriptions

Is the payment portal down for making payments towards subscriptions? My subscription automatically cancelled and I can log into my hub remotely because I can’t pay for the subscription.

There is no outage. Are you getting any errors?

That means your bank declined payment for more than 3 times. In that case, once the subscription is canceled, you need to resubscribe to the same service again, as new. There is no way to reactivate a cancelled subscription, whether it is already cancelled or pending cancelation.

I haven’t changed my payment details and never received a notification of cancellation or error regarding a declined payment, which shouldn’t even be possible for $3.

The error I am receiving is the payment screen just continues spinning and nothing happens when I try to pay for the subscription. I have tried with multiple browsers, but it doesn’t allow me to submit for payment.

@bobbyD - I am unable to add a payment method, after I deleted it, thinking that was the issue.

It was the issue, but you can't update the subscription now, as it is canceled. You would need to sign up again, and you'll be able to use a new payment method during check-out.

@bobbyD @support_team - I am still unable to make the purchase. I have tried in other browsers, ensuring there are no ad blockers and it still doesn’t load to completion.
