The past logs page is empty of logs. This is on my C7 @2.3.6.145
My C8 at the same version seems fine
Try a different browser or a private/incognito window in the same browser, clearing cache, or a cacheless reload (e.g., Shift+F5 on some browsers) to see if that helps.
A couple steps fixed it. Clearing cache, and I had to let live logs produce a bit of output, then past logs worked
