Trying to submit a support ticket to further investigate my hub performance issues since 1.1.2.121 firmware. I have tried twice and got this error selecting submit. I didn't receive a email confirmation of the ticket nor does my support profile show an open ticket so I assume something is broken?

Sorry for the troubles. There was an outage reported last night with our ticketing service provider that was resolved around 2:00AM EST. It affected the Knowledge Base and the main web interface. Email submission was not affected. Please let us know if you continue to have problems accessing the web interface. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused.
