I've had reoccurring issues with intruders attempting to break into my vehicles outside and I hardwired this bad boy in and it works great. Color adjustable and easy to work with HE. They have smaller, less bright versions too but I was looking for something obnoxiously bright to scare/annoy would be intruders.
