OpenWeatherMap location city error

Hi everyone,
I just started using OpenWeather with Hubitat. After getting an API key and setting up with the Hubitat driver, I am getting data, but the Current States data on the device page shows "city: Oak Cliff Place" I cannot find any place name like that anywhere near me in Harris County Texas.
I have entered my correct zip code and coordinates, and checked multiple times, updating each time.
Also tried deleting and recreating the virtual device, making sure all the data is correct.

Current States

  • temperature : 86
  • pressure : 1013
  • windSpeed : 3.44
  • humidity : 63
  • windDirection : 80
  • country : US
  • city : Oak Cliff Place
  • cloudiness : 0
  • weatherIcons : 01d
  • weather : clear sky

I want to be sure the data coming down is correct for my location.

Any ideas?

There should be a zipcode section on the device page... If that isn't accurate enough you can do long/lat

That data is being sent by OpenWeather. You should open a ticket with them.

There is a subdivision at 290 and Huffmeister Rd. Is that nearby?

That Oak Cliff Place is several miles away from me. It's nowhere near my zip code or coordinates. I didn't notice it because I wasn't looking that far away.

Strange that OpenWeather would come up with that.

I have opened a ticket with OpenWeather. No response yet.

If you remove the zip from the device page and only use long/lat does it work?

The Hubitat / OpenWeatherMap connection does appear to be working right. I was confused about what that name meant. My friend Mike helped me out and I learned that the name is of the nearest weather reporting site. The site a little under 4 miles from my location, so not as close as I would hope.
Data is coming in as it should.
