One z-wave device constantly logging events...abnormal?

I'm trying to clean up my z-wave environment, and got rid of a few ghost devices. Now all devices are real and active. I was just happening to review the z-wave logs, and I see one of my smart outlets is logging an event like the one below every few seconds. It's the only z-wave device out of 30+ that is doing anything in the logs. It's an Aeotec Smart Switch 7 US. Its also my only S2 Authenticated device. I'm not super worried, but since this is the only device constantly logging I thought I'd ask about it.

What device is this - model/manuf?

Can you post a list of the apps that are using this device? "In use by"section at the bottom of the device page.

I also noticed in the z-wave mesh details app that only this device has a ton of route changes and error count. 41 route changes and 27 errors, whereas all other z-wave devices are 0 or 1.

That makes me wonder if maybe the issue is either the device or the inclusion... you could try excluding it and re-including it without security in the hopes that either the exclusion and re-inclusion or the lack of security might resolve the issue. You might be able to accomplish this with the zwave replace, though I have not ever used it. If you can this might help prevent having to adjust all those rules.
