Thanks for this. I've checked Rebuild Database on Reboot, which says:
It's functionally equivalent to backup -> soft reset -> restore, with fewer clicks and faster turnaround.
I've already migrated three times from my C5 migration-ready backup, which I'd thought would be more comprehensive than a local backup -> soft reset -> restore cycle (since that won't do anything with the Z-Wave and Zigbee radios). Is there more to a database rebuild (which would, after all, just be working with another backup of the same database I migrated from the C5 in the first place)?
Let me give Support Services a shot at diagnosing the issue first (per jtp10181's post below), and see if they want to try the database rebuild.
