HD+ supports a couple of different allergy forecast tiles including ones from pollen.com and accuweather.com

FWIW - here's a couple of my wall mounted tablets around the house.

10" Fire Tablet - next to the garage for weather and quick status on security/lights/locks/etc

7" Fire Tablet - shows a rotating image but also has weather/pollen
I use Fire Tablets because they're dirt cheap.. I think I paid $20 for the 7" and $30 for the 10". Since nothing lasts forever I'll just replace them if they burn out (they have been in use for several years though)
