Old dashboard not showing in new app

Apologies if this has been answered but a search has revealed no results.

Anyway, I'm currently away from home and just opened the new app to look at my (old) dashboards and I just get a blank screen, any idea why this is? Old app works fine.

Please don't tell me I have to recreate all of my dashboards in the new 'EZ' format... :person_facepalming:

Any chance you might have more than one hub and are connecting to one without dashboards?

I can see all my dashboards on my iOS app.

Thanks Sebastian. It has started to work again somehow, I'm UK based and I was trying to connect whilst in Germany (my phone was roaming and had a good 5g signal), but when I landed back in the UK it started working again, all very strange...

Just to add to this, I'm away from home again and this issue has reared its head once more... Old app working fine, new app nothing except constant spinning then an all black screen :person_facepalming:

Edit. Seemingly if I switch another app (pressing the 3 lines on Android), and return to the new app, sometimes that either kicks it to show the dashboard or a 'this page cannot be displayed' message.

However, if I then select any other area of the app and go back to dashboards it disappears to a black screen again.

I'm using a GS22 Ultra on the latest firmware, Android 14 and one UI 6.1
