Offline alerting from AWS server

I have several Hubitat hubs, C7 and C8s

Is there a way to get an alert when the Hubitat does not checkin with the AWS hubitat server?

It would be nice to know if my hubs goes offline, that I would get a text alert from AWS server indicating when it went offline.

You could set up a ping from your HE to the aws sercers, but if your internet goes out or the hub goes down, you won't get a message.
