C-8 on the latest build, .147 and android 14 using Chrome. I have 25 apps installed. When using my phone, I lose the menu bar at the top when coming out of any app after the 12th one listed. It does this consistently. The first 12 apps I come out of and the menu bar is there. Anything after 12 does not have the menu bar when I come out of the app. I added a number of apps before and after that count and it consistently begins with the 13th app in the list regardless of what the app is. Once it's gone, If I go into any of the first 12 apps and come out, it comes back. Any app after that and it's gone. It's there while in the app but when coming back to the apps list it is not.
