Went to access the hub from my Safari browser on my Mac and I get can't connect to server error. Yet I can from my iPad and iPhone and Windows 10 machine. I did restart the Mac. Ideas?
Do you have a screenshot or more details about the error you see?
Have you tried a different browser?
Not yet and now I have dog to go pick up from surgery so back at it later.
When you have a chance to look at it again, might be worth confirming if the Mac is on the same network as the hub and the other devices that can connect to the HE hub. The platform version, while unlikely to be the issue, may be worth posting just for completeness.
And I hope your dog is ok....

Good call. Moving to Mac from Windows and it did indeed connect to my guest WiFi somehow. Fixed it by turning off auto-join on the guest network.
Dog had her second TPLO surgery. Had the left leg done 2 years ago and true to statistics needed the right one done now. She's doing okay.
