Odd Google Home Problem Multiple Users

A little background. In our old house, had 3 google home minis and a few TopGreener WiFi switches. Got those to work the way I wanted fairly easily.

Moved into new house and decided to make the change to Z-Wave (not all that comfortable with WiFi switches connecting to who knows where). Got HE hub, and a few Zooz dimmers. Installed 1 dimmer, linked it to Google Home. It shows up fine in my Google Home app and I can control it with voice commands, just like the WiFi switches. Pat myself on the back, grab a beer and start shopping for more automation stuff.

What I found out later, is I'm the only one that can control the lights through Google Home. When my wife tries, she get's a 'can't help with that, please see web something in your google home app' (I don't remember exactly what the message is.) We have voice match setup and it's recognizing her voice because the google voice response is her customization. She can see and control the light with her google home app, but voice commands don't work for her. Has anyone run into this type of problem? Suggestions on how to fix it?

In Google home You need to put your devices into rooms, then somewhere in the menus you can invite people to your home

Edit.. on android
Click the plus ,top left, then invite home member

Yeah make sure on the app she is not just added as your account. You need to add her account you your "home" then all the devices are shared and she can do everything you can.

Figured it out this weekend. My wife had disabled web and app access in her google assistant (she likes to keep things as limited as possible, doesn't like the automatic '20 minute drive to work' when she gets in her car in the morning.)

I know you have already solved your problem, but you can also turn on guest mode.
