I just recently put 2 motion sensors in my office for this same scenario. One is pointed toward the entrance that triggers the lights to come on, then another is sitting at my desk to pick up slight movements to keep the lights on. I used the Motion Lighting app with the main office sensor that turns the lights on and the desk sensor as the additional sensor which keeps the lights on. More details in this post:
