Occasional timeout from http endpoint call

Hello - I'm using Node-RED to periodically make 3 endpoint calls to get dbsize, hub temperature and free memory. Sometimes (infrequently) I get a timeout issue on one or two of the calls (they are executed simultaneoulsy). Just curious if anyone has thoughts on why this would happen. Should I add a delay between calls?
