Number of Drivers loaded

Hi

Just wanted to ask if the number of drivers I have loaded, not used, just added to the drivers section would affect the HE in any way. Just to give you an idea I have 72 user drivers in my drivers section. I have a lot for the Hubduino as they said to load all the child drivers. If this could cause issues I will go through and delete the ones I might not use soon.

Based on what has been said by staff over a combination of posts, the short answer would be no, it will not affect anything just having drivers installed. A bit more in-depth of an answer is that from what can be gleamed from working with drivers and what has been said in the forum by staff they are just chunks of data stored in the database until they are actually loaded into memory to run as a driver for a specific device.

the sheer number of drivers will just use space, and unless you're close to capacity on your HE, it shouldn't impact anything
