Null error creating motion lighting app

I am getting a null value error when trying to create a new Motion Lighting entry. I have one that works, and tried to create another but it breaks. I have tried rebooting to no avail.

@bravenel The motion lighting apps work, but throw an error when I try to edit them. The ones that throw an error are ones that had a Group 2.0 set of dimmers/switches. Here's the error: [53] This is what the log says: [00] This is what the Settings/Event Subscriptions/Application State values are: [45]
