It's not recommended to just cut power to the Hubitat except as a last resort. You can get data corruption.

I was like the kid in this video and I'm about the same age. By the time I hit the end of my high school years I was burned out on programming. Is there any way to make rules that might be similar to programming in Apple II, Commodore 64, or TRS-80 BASIC?
Apologies if this has been discussed but since there is a Hubitat mobile app running on my phone wouldn't it make sense for the app to notify me when it can no longer communicate with the hub? This would be a nice feature to have and make the "ping" time configurable so if someone has no interest in this they can disable it altogether or set the ping every 6 hours or so.
