Can you post a screenshot of the device's setting page (the whole thing).
Do you have other Z-wave stuff that works, or is it just this one device? Maybe also post screenshots of your Z-wave Details page from Settings tab...

Can you post your z-wave details page in it's entirety?
And the top of the settings page where Configure and States and all that are please...
Yes but can't see all the columns... you want to format it like this. Even what little I can gather you have several incomplete pairings.
I do not see a format button. I don’t understand how to get it to look like that
This is just how your browser displays it. You'll probably have to take a screenshot from a laptop or desktop rather than a phone or tablet to get the full view without scrolling, which would make for a better screenshot.
Alternatively: this looks like it might be an iPad. In that case, the "AA" button on the left side of the address bar in Safari can also be used to make the text smaller or larger (i.e., zoom out or zoom in). Making the text a few sizes smaller might let you see everything in one screenshot. If you're using a different browser or OS, your options may vary, but there could be something similar.
I see. I got it. So I repaired the ones that were not true. And removed the door 10. But door 10 is still in my devices and still doesn’t show a state.
So you used the "Remove" button on this page to get rid of Door 10? That should work and remove the corresponding device on the hub, but if not, you can just go to Devices (I assume that's where you mean you see it?), hit "Remove" at the bottom of that page, and do the force remove when offered (you'll neeed to wait 15+ seconds). Before doing this, look at the "In use by" section on that page and remove it from any apps first. That way, none of your apps will break if they're the kind that would freak out about a missing device.
On a related note, if a Z-Wave (or Zigbee, though you can't really do it this way there in the first place) device does have a corresponding hub device, I'd recommend removing it from the device detail page, the same way I described above, and not directly from Z-Wave Details. That's more useful if you're trying to get rid of a "ghost" node or failed pairing that never made a hub device.
Another thing: see the Firmware Update button above your table? (Note that this is not the plain "Update" button.) I would recommend doing that. Many people have noticed improvements on the new Z-Wave firmware due to a specific bug or few it fixes, and perhaps some of your failed pairings. The button will disappear if there is no update, so you should no longer see it after this completes.
Thank you for that advice. Although it didn’t work. I was persistent on getting this thing to pair because the magnet side was notched into the frame and it look sleek. But I guess I will have to buy another door sensor. Can you recommend one?
And it still shows pending? What is it looking for?
