Notifications do not work!

I own 2 hubs at 2 different locations. I have not gotten a single notification my phone. I'm currently testing on a C7 2.3.9.166. I removed all phone devices from the hub. I refreshed in App Settings and created another device. Before I did anything else, I went to that device and typed a test notification. The device shows the state notificationText : test but no notification came to my phone. I uninstalled the old and the new apps, and reinstalled the new app. I have allowed notifications for the new app. Still no notifications on my S23 Ultra.

Log out of the app first on all devices, THEN delete the devices on the hub. Reboot hub. Log into the app again and have it create the devices. Then go to your notification rules and and change the notify to the new device.

Just pay the $5 and use the pushover notifier. Much better than the built-in notifier IMO.
