Notification of app that triggered device

Does anyone know if it is possible to receive a notification on your mobile phone when a device status changes, and by which app this is triggered?
I know I can see it in the Events-tab of a device. In the columns "Produced by" and "triggered apps" Is it possible to get also this information in a "notification"?

In the notifications app I only find a way to receive date (%date%) , time ( %time%),...

That a device status changed, yes. I would typically do this with Rule Machine.

What produced the status change, no - as far as I know. If someone knows otherwise, I would also be interested to know!

Curious as to what is your use case for thisโ€ฆ?

I have a device (garage door) that is controlled by 4 different rules. Everything worked perfectly for months, until now.
I would like to be able to monitor this in real time, even when I am not at home.
When the garage door opens or closes when this is not the intention, I can check in real time for which reason.
And so I don't have to wait until I get home to figure it out.

I just use a basic rule ..

Then this for closed .. works every time

Why not have each of the 4 rules send you a message when it opens the garage door?
