Nothing works after firmware update

I just updated the firmware on my c7 and now nothing works.

what specifically isn’t working? For example, can you access your hub? Is it only devices? If so, any protocol in particular, like Zigbee or Z wave? Any details that you can provide will help. If you can access the hub, looking at logs for errors is a good first step.

In addition to previous post. Have you tried restoring to a previous update to see if that resolves the problem? You can do that easily from the Diagnostic Tool. If you can't reach the hub, what is the LED color that your hub is showing?
