I'm seeing all the Notifications from the hub, but in the App I don't see "Last 20 notificatios sent to device", as promised. Usually I see only 11, sometimes 12 or 13, but never 20. I'm on Android, Version 1.6.11, Build 135. Anyone experiencing anything similar?

Not sure about the amount in the local app but if you wanna keep the last few hundred, and have different sounds for different levels of notifications (such as a siren for HSM events but normal beeps for normal stuff) go with Pushover.
