Hello everyone. I have changed my mobile phone and I have stopped receiving notifications on it. It seems that everything is fine, but when I access to the Notifications section in the phone app, the error messege from the picture appears.
I have not seen this error, so not sure what that’s about. Some things I would check anyway, just in case…
When you select your hub in the iPhone app, do you create a new device, or select an existing one? Do you select the device that you use for your notifications? Sometimes, there may be more than one…
Thank you for your answer Sebastien. I’ve tried everything. I have removed all my mobile devices and created new ones from the app, but still the same. I don’t know what else can I do. I’ve also checked the logs and there are no errors.
That was it! Thank you very much! When I reinstalled the app the error message dissapeared and I can see the notifications. I still have to check to send and receive a notification in the phone, but I bet it will work.
