My hub will not turn any of my devices on or off. It was working this morning and has been for over a month now, but all of a sudden nothing is working. I have rebooted it twice, and excluded and reincluded one device. Still not controlling any of the connected z-wave devices.
Edit: I should have added devices are uncontrollable from the dashboard and from devices' settings
Have you shut it down, then disconnected it from power for 30 seconds? The radios don’t shut down unless you actually remove power, so if the problem is with the radio, just rebooting won’t fix anything.
