I've updated my hub to the latest version, and verified that it is registered and don't see the subscription links on the menu for the new protection service/remote admin service. On the my.hubitat.com page it shows them as still "coming soon".
Do I just need to give it some time?

I believe it's $10 - $29.95/year for the first and $19.95/year for others.
That doesn't sound right, The release says that the first one is $19.95 and just that there is a discount for the others. No amount.
Edit: My speed reading skills have deteriorated with age. The discounted extra hubs are $19.95, it just doesn't say what the first one is.

It's trying to charge my full price for the second hub. How do I add an additional hub to my subscription and get the $10 reduction in cost?

Go to the normal backups place and there will be a cloud option as well as local.

Coming soon should be gone now, replaced by proper buttons for everyone.
You might need to clear browser cache or force reload the page with Ctrl-Shift-R or equivalent.
