No response from hub c7

Woke up this morning to no response. Unplugging and restarting fixed it. This is the first time this has happened in over a year. Is there something I possibly did.

Probably not something you did, I'd suggest checking the logs (past logs) to see if there are any SQL errors throughout the night. These may indicate some kind of database issue, which may require a soft reset, but with guidance from HE support on whether it is actually what I am suggesting...

Nothing to worry about if it is some kind of database issue like I described, I've recovered from this quite easily by doing the soft rest I mentioned.

I don't see any errors related to the hub itself. I'll keep an eye out though. Thank you for the info.
