No notifications on iphone

I have 2 iPhone 10's (running ios 13) and an ipad (running ipad os13). All devices are present in my device list, hubitat app is running on all devices. I have set up several rules, several ways and in all instances the logs show that the notification was sent to the device(s) and yet no notification is present on the device. All iphones have notifications enabled for hubitat. Below are examples of the logs...

app:2342020-01-06 20:02:17.029 infoAction: Notify Daddy’s iphone, Jen's iphone: 'Front Door unlocked'

app:2342020-01-06 20:02:16.968 infoFront Door Unlocked Triggered

or from the device event log

notificationText Door has been locked/unlocked DEVICE 2020-01-06 20:48:11.348 EST
notificationText Door has been locked/unlocked DEVICE 2020-01-06 20:48:04.991 EST
notificationText testg DEVICE 2020-01-06 20:29:07.392 EST
notificationText Front Door unlocked DEVICE 2020-01-06 20:15:42.868 EST
notificationText Front Door unlocked DEVICE 2020-01-06 20:02:17.087 EST
notificationText Front Door unlocked

Yet nothing shows up on my phone.

Running HE Firmware 2.1.7.127
Hardware Version Rev C-5

Actual triggered events work fine (like unlock door and certain lights turn on).

At this point I'm at a complete loss.

The first thing I would do is find out which of the two components is not working...
The app or the device.

Open the device page for each phone and send a message directly from there.
If you receive the test message sent then you know the connection between the hub and the phone works ok and you need to look at how the app is configured.
If you don’t get the messages on the phones then I would first uninstall the phone app, delete the phone device on the hub and reinstall and try again.

Yeah I already did the test message and no go. I’ll try deleting the apps and devices see where thy gets me

So I did remove the apps from the phones and the devices from hubitat and redid everything. Thanx for the advice. All is good now as far as notifications go. Now I just have to nail down Rule machine... sigh
