(No longer available) Two Leaksmart zigbee water valves (3/4”) for sale

I have two open box, but unused, Leaksmart main water valves for sale. They’re for a 3/4” water main and work well with Hubitat.

$75 plus shipping for each. Or $140 plus shipping for both. If you purchase both, I’ll throw in a third LeakSmart valve that was used for 9-10 years, but works fine.

They’re not. They are end-devices that are line powered with battery backup.

Not yet. I was using the Leaksmart in my previous house, and kept a couple spares because it was installed outdoors, and only protected from the elements by plastic sheeting. Given how much rain we get here, I was sure it would fail, so I bought a couple spares. Well the original didn’t fail in 9-10 years, and made it through several hurricanes. So that’s how I ended up with three.

I’m supposed to be getting a Moen Flo for the new place.
