No longer able to select new devices for WebCore

I recently updated my C8 pro and c7 to the latest firmware. (2.4.0.152 from 2.4.0.147) and discover two odd issues (which may or may not be related to the hubs upgrade)
(1) I can no longer select new devices for WebCore - I open app/webcore, check mark devices, click update, click next, click ok, but when I check back the devices do not show as selected and do not appear in pistons
(2) I can no longer instal updates in Hubitat Package Manager - when I select the update and follow through, they appear to install correctly, but when I check back they show as still been available

Any clues on what may be happening, or what should I check?

PS: I have few hundred devices and 100+ WebCore pistons working flawlessly

I would try a reboot of the hub with a database rebuild and see if that resolves the issue.

Have you tried a 'Repair' in HPM? Might kick things off again.

I went for a repair of webcore which failed, I then went for a repair of HPM which also failed. I decided to uninstall and reinstall HPM, and now I have a dozen of apps/driver that don’t want to update, that is, I run the update, it completes fine, but when I check it still shows that
update are needed…

Ended them restoring the hub to an earlier backup and everything is back up!

Unfortunately the same issue occurred again. I already did a reboot with a database restore and a repair in HPM without success.
I’d appreciate any thoughts you may have. Thanks.
