No devices showing up in Android device list

I'm using the new Android app, version 2.0.4. My dashboards show up fine, but when I open the devices page, nothing is listed (everything is un-hidden):

They do show up in the old Android app:

My hub is a C8 Pro, running version 2.3.9.180. I've tried clearing cache, clearing data, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'll add one bit of info:

When I tell the app to change hubs (I have only one available), it connects, then asks me to choose my mobile device (again, only one available). Then this error message flashes at the bottom of the screen, for about two seconds:

I have also noticed that [mis]behavior.
