No child devices, ZigBee 2 gang Smart Switch, Model LX-ZBWS2-03

I have already installed the sme device and is working properly. today added a new one but I have no child devices.

Im using the same driver in both:

this is the new switch im installing.

this is the one I already have:

with the new device I already did:

1. paired it more than once. Delete device and added again.
2. After the first pairing or Adding the device go to pairing again and try to pair it THIS SCREEN COMES UP:

then just click on the name in blue.

@kkossev any possible idea on what im doing wrong?
