New zigbee smart plug - which device driver?

I received 2 new zigbee smart plugs (outlet)
But I could not make them work with any of the available drivers.

they are identified as:

  • endpointId: F2
  • application:
  • driver: v1.0.1.1123
  • softwareBuild: 00000045
  • model: null
  • powerCluster: none
  • firmwareMT: 1002-1602-00000045
  • manufacturer:

photo of the device is here:

received them from China and on the box it says FEU smart plug

device is listed as:

Try Generic Zigbee Switch. Switch to the driver, and press the Save Device button. Then press the Configure button once. This will send the driver parameters to the device.

I cannot tell you if this will work, but it might. If not, switch to the type Device and press Save Device. Then press Get Info. This will capture the device fingerprint and you can then post that here so @mike.maxwell can see if it can be added at some point in the future.

thanks. but I already did that.

I tried the Generic Zigbee Switch. It did not work.

I also got "Get Info" from "Device" type. I had posted the output in my first post above.

Just something else to add, from your post you are showing the driver as v1.0.1.1123 which I think was one of Markus's drivers.
You will probably find you have a scheduled task which will cause errors if not stopped and you do get the plus to work.
Won't stop it functioning should you find a driver that works.

EDIT: It might be worth deleting it and then re-pairing it.
Then select device and get info. Have a new window open with live logging when you hit get info.
Then post that info that you see in the logs.

It is on my TODO list...

As seen, this device is 'so much Tuya', that even the model and manufacturer are not sent in a standard way... :frowning:

This is one of the many TS011F_plug_N variations.

so , you know the device and it does not work with currrent available drivers ?
(I am still trying various drivers, if you say it's not working, I'll give up)

I couldn't find a working HE driver for this model. So better wait until the end of this week, I will try to add it to the driver that already works OK with BlitzWolf smart plugs.

I like that you are very confident you'll be able to add

If HomeAsistant guys have succeeded with this device support, why shouldn't we make it working too?

Can you REMOVE the smart plug from the device page and then pair it again?
When the device is discovered, there should be a 'more' hyperlink under the 'Label this device' writing in red.. Please copy and paste the information there (before you hit Save button).

My device shows this:

ID: E10D
Manufacturer: _TZ3000_cphmq0q7
Product Name:
Model Number: TS011F
deviceTypeId: 470
manufacturer : _TZ3000_cphmq0q7

application : 45

Is your Tuya smart plug the same model and manufacturer?

Based on the clusters it looks like a power reporting switch. Should work with generic zigbee switch

I've found the problem - during the first-time pairing, HE was choosing one of Markus's drivers, although this device does not match exactly the fingerprints in these drivers... From this point on, even if the driver is manually changed to the Generic Zigbee Outlet (or any other driver) all the commands were sent to a wrong endpoint (F2) or with a wrong ProfileID (A1E0)...

Adding TS011F exact fingerprint to another driver made it work!

@ilkeraktuna can you try with the updated "Tuya Zigbee Metering Plug" ver 1.1.1 ?
You can use Hubitat Package Manager (HPM) to install the driver.

well, it really works.

you really know what you are doing. congrats & thanks for helping.

I wish you could help me understand how you solve these issues.

btw, I also have received the following device from Aliexpress:

I did not try it yet. It is a 5V (usb) powered 2 port relay.
Would it work out of the box or shall I need a special driver ?

edit: I just tried it and it works out of the box with a generic zigbee multi-endpoint switch driver

Perhaps you should have read my post above.
Seriously though, as long as you get it working that's all the that matters.

I think that I should slow down, a SLA resolution time of 24 hours is something that I don't want in my job!
