New up-to-date C7 with alert "ZigBee network is offline."

Hey @support ,

just set up new C7, update it to latest firmware, but ZigBee wont come up.

Tried to :

  • reset the radio
  • reboot the device
  • downgrade to older firmware

the logs / hub events always show "ZigbeeStatus Zigbee radio is offline offline" after system start

  • the zigbee details page shows network state / status field as blank.
    By forcing specific channel i can get PAN IDs set, but thats all

i was sold on the promise, works out of the box :smiley:

  • shutdown and UNPLUG finally solved the radio issue

having information part of "get started" would be great, so first time users can be informed about (custom) drivers, apps, HPM ( the installation link leads outside official hubitat website - lack of trust)...
