Since the new update no zigbee or zwave devices work. I have tried a older restore and z wave repair . nothing will work/ change state or report . I have a c5 and I am in Australia. Hub appears to work thru web browser, all devices are listed under zwave and zigbee, but cant be turned on etc they are just all inactive.Any Ideas? is it time to bin it??
First recommendation is usually to shutdown hub from the settings menu, remove power for a few minutes, and restart.
Have you check logs and hub events to see if there are any clues?

some devices have started working. master bedroom roller shutter does not . thermostat does not

its a qubino shutter module . it updates status on device page but no output at device
the roller shutter is working now , I had two revert to its own driver that prevously didnt work. I have a qubino 1d relay that has never worked. it can be included but thats it. its mpn is zmnhnd2h1s4p2. I have tried it again but still no change???
Based on the details you shared, it doesn't sound like there is a hardware malfunction, but rather some troubles with your mesh. Surprisingly that both Zigbee and Z-Wave would be hit at the same time by misbehaving devices, but pretty sure that's what caused the problem.
