Just added a new new robotic vacum to the matter network with ease. However, I can't find any generic robot vacum or a way to open the controls. It says it works full functionally with apple, Google home, etc. Is this something hubitat has? Is there a driver or any way for me to control the vacuum?
Not sure if Apple automation works for your vacuum, but it it does, you could make a set of virtual switches on HE and use those to trigger the automations.
I am not sure what the Matter specs are for a vac, but you could try using the generic Matter switch driver. It is possible turning it "on" will make it start. Otherwise, you would have to wait for Hubitat to make a driver or someone adventurous to make a custom one.
Oh also, possibly a Matter bridge driver would work, I think there is a built in one and also a community one. That might separate all the components out into separate child devices... maybe.
