Um, you do read the code of every driver you install, don’t you? 
I am one of the few, the very few, who tries to read all of the documentation before I install/use something. I am only proficient in VBA because I'm not allowed to install anything I create as an Exe "real" program at work. So while I have looked at the code of installed apps, and can get some idea about what the code does, I can't really "read" it, so I gave up on that.
