Hi, I'm new here and had a similar issue with my hub. Have you tried resetting the hub? There's a small copper-coloured button on the underside of the hub. Press and hold it for 7-10 seconds (using a toothpick). The light will flash, and the hub will restart.
Another problem I faced was using the Firefox browser. I switched to Edge and managed to connect by chance. After connecting, a prompt indicated that the device was corrupted, so Hubitat performed a soft reset. It updated and is currently working, though some of my devices aren't compatible out of the box. My Ethernet cable is still plugged in.
