New hub and ui is slow

Hi everyone :slight_smile:

I just got a brand new hub delivered today (Australia), and are experiencing this issue out the box. I installed the latest update (2.1.9.117) but still have a massive performance issue.

The Web UI is not usable and times out. Pinging the device I can see its dropping a lot of packets.

Any ideas?

Open a Log tab and report whats going on.
What are you calling Web UI ?
A dashboard or the Hub configuration webpages ?
Have you tried performing a Reboot from the Settings tab ?

http, zigbee, z-wave packets?

Sounds like the auto Negotiate issue. Take a look at the post from @bobbyD.

Also, if it is the issue indicated by @Brandon (which seems very likely), a fix will be pushed automatically to your Hubitat within 24 hours.

It was the auto negotiate issue, followed the steps and its all good!
