Still exploring the new GUI and trying to accept it.
One bug-a-boo I dislike - now that it's in my head I can't let go.

Can the rooms at least have an svg icon, or maybe at least add a better room icon?
Many room icons exist - svg 2d etc...
would be nice to use a rooms icon that wasn't specific to the bedroom for my garage, bathroom, porch etc.

It’s true they haven’t added much to the rooms concept since it was added to the platform. But the staff never said it was being abandoned.
The hub UI has undergone a major change with firmware v. 2.4.0.
How do you know further development for the use of rooms isn’t next on their list?
I have edited my post and removed my opinion on rooms being what they are.
