New Error - search yielded no results

Also take a look at this, not sure it came to full resolution, but sound like it might be the same.

Errors on a Few RM Rules

@bravenel Have any idea what this error is about? I was checking my logs and saw this error, when I clicked on the red "error" it opens up the rule machine main screen like you creating a new rule? [rule]
