Any idea what this error is?

When you click app 14 which app does it heloght at the top
Click on 'app14' is it Rule Machine or another app?
Also take a look at this, not sure it came to full resolution, but sound like it might be the same.
It's rule machine. It's similar to the thread @TechMedX points to above. I'm still asleep and didn't think about doing a more generic search. 
It doesn't look like that there was any resolution in the thread @TechMedX pointed to. I have a rule that calls another rule but that happened at 6:34am. A door was opened and a light turned on when that error occurred. It's probably just one of those "one off" errors that I see in the logs occasionally. It was unusual with very little info (at least to me) so I thought I would ask. I've never seen it before.
